- We will then take up the matter and possibly refund you within 30 days, offer you a voucher for the same amount of the faulty items or replace the items at our cost, subject to availability.
- We will exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, at an additional delivery cost.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. The original delivery note must be included in the parcel as well. If the items(s) has been worn and if there are any scents or marks on the item(s) it will not be returned.
- Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, items that are damaged due to use, will not be considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Any sales items can not be returned.
- Return costs remain the responsibility of the client. We recommend you insuring your return package as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely.
