CERTIFICATES & COURSE INFORMATION FOR LAEEQUE SCHOOL OF CAKE DECORATING AND CONFECTIONARY ARTS
PME PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMAS
A Professional course for Professional people
Divided into Three Modules:
- Sugar Flowers
- Royal Icing & Piping Techniques
Diplomas will be awarded on completion of each module, along with the Masters Certificate if all 3 modules are achieved.
The PME Professional Diploma Courses are internationally recognised.
NOTE: Modules do NOT need to be taken in any particular order.
Each Module is a completely separate course and it is not essential to complete all three modules.
The Masters Certificate will only be awarded as and when all three modules have been completed.
Each Module has a compulsory 25 hour attendance and you will also be required to do homework and prepare some work at home for the next class.
All students will receive a PME kit of tools and a course book to accompany their chosen module. This includes a "Professional Business Approach" section aimed to help anyone interested in starting up their own cake decorating business. This book is only available to individuals participating in the PME course.
